Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment. The role includes planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and contributing to the overall development of the school community. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the curriculum. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their learning goals. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and encourages active participation. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student development and well-being. Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events. Manage classroom resources effectively and maintain a safe and orderly learning environment. Support the school’s policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding and equality. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience teaching in a primary school setting. Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students. Commitment to ongoing professional development. Dedication to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Must be willing to travel and pick up shifts on a day to day basis All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
