Aspire People is seeking passionate and adaptable Supply Teachers to provide high-quality cover across EYFS, Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2) in primary schools throughout Kenilworth and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers looking to maintain a strong presence in the classroom while enjoying the flexibility that supply teaching offers. Key Responsibilities:
Teach in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 classrooms using pre-planned lessons provided by the school.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Ensure effective classroom and behaviour management in line with school standards.
Maintain high safeguarding standards and promote pupil wellbeing.
Essential Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
A minimum of 2 years of UK teaching experience in your chosen key stage.
Solid understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and procedures.
Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to engage a wide range of learners.
Flexible, professional approach to adapting across different schools and settings.
