Role Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons across all secondary subjects, catering to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages active participation and promotes personal development.
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their progress.
Collaborate with colleagues and engage with parents/guardians to ensure students' success.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred, or equivalent teaching qualifications. Degree holders and those looking to get into teaching are also encouraged to apply.
Specialisation or significant experience in teaching secondary subjects across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Passion for promoting student well-being and academic growth.
Strong classroom management skills and effective communication abilities.
Pay:
Competitive daily remuneration, aligned with the pay scale and negotiable based on qualifications and experience. Minimum daily rate starts at £140 PAYE.
