Support Coordinator – Physical Disabilities & Complex Needs | Salford (M27) | Temp to Perm 🌟
At Key Health, we pride ourselves on the strong, trusted relationships we’ve built with our clients by delivering timely and professional staffing solutions. We are now seeking an experienced and compassionate Support Coordinator to join a dynamic team supporting adults with physical disabilities and complex health needs across two services in Salford (M27).
This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with a 12-week probation period, after which you will transition to a permanent role.
🔍 About the Role
As a Support Coordinator, you will:
*
Deliver respectful personal and practical care to up to 10 individuals, supporting independence and meaningful lifestyles.
*
Assist in the coordination and day-to-day operations of the services to meet all regulatory and service user expectations.
*
Supervise and support care staff, ensuring effective deployment based on individual needs and preferences.
*
Liaise closely with families, professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to maintain high-quality, coordinated care.
*
Deputise for the Registered Manager, ensuring the smooth and effective running of the services.
✅ Requirements
*
Minimum 2 years’ experience in supporting individuals with physical disabilities and complex needs in the UK.
*
At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a care setting.
*
Diploma/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
*
Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship).
*
Two professional references (including one from your most recent employer).
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (desirable).
⏰ Hours & Pay
*
Full-time – 37.5 hours/week, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays on a rota basis.
*
Pay Rates (during probation):
*
Weekdays: £15.80/hour
*
Nights & Weekends: £16.00/hour
