Moxie People are leading the search for a compassionate Support Services Coordinator who wants to make a lasting impact. This is your opportunity to manage a team providing life-changing, trauma-informed support for women and children in Torfaen's refuges.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

💼 Job Title: Support Service Coordinator
📍 Location: Torfaen & Newport (agile working across refuges and community spaces)
💰 Salary: £29,000 per year
⏳ Contract: Permanent (subject to ongoing funding)
📆 Hours: 35 per week (some evening/weekend work required)
Your Role as a Refuge Service Coordinator:
✔️ Lead & inspire a team delivering frontline support in Torfaen and Newport.
✔️ Ensure women and children in refuge receive life-changing support.
✔️ Oversee safeguarding, risk management, and case management.
✔️ Work closely with external agencies to enhance service delivery.
✔️ Manage compliance, funding reports, and quality standards.

What You Need to Be a Great Support Services Coordinator:
✅ Experience managing support services in domestic abuse, housing, or crisis settings.
✅ Strong leadership, case management, and safeguarding skills.
✅ A commitment to empowering survivors and driving positive change.
✅ The ability to handle complex cases & crisis situations with care.
🚗 Driving licence and access to a car required.
