Are you who we're looking for?
Enthusiastic Support workers
Support workers who want to provide physical and emotional support for those in need.
6 months UK care experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Unfortunately we will not be accepting anybody on a restricted hour student visa as the client needs staff to consistenly be able to cover up to 40 hours per week.What does the day to day look like?
Promote independence and encourage the service user to achieve their own personal outcomes
Accompany and participate in meaningful activities such as community involvement and relationship building exercises
Help service users access leisure and social opportunities
