Location: Wiltshire | £12.75 per hour | Temporary | Supported Living, Residential & Outreach Services.
Are you caring, reliable, and ready to make a genuine difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for Support Workers to join our welcoming and experienced agency team, providing high-quality care and support to adults and young people across the local area. Our agency works closely with a range of services, including supported living, residential settings, and outreach support, to help individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, physical disabilities, and those who may need a little extra support in their everyday lives.
No two days are ever the same. You’ll be working in varied environments, helping people with daily routines, personal care, medication, attending appointments, and getting involved in the community. Whether you're encouraging independence at home, supporting someone to access services, or helping them enjoy a hobby or outing, your role will be both rewarding and valued.
Shift patterns vary and include long days, waking nights, and sleep-in shifts, so flexibility is important. You must be medication trained, as many of the individuals we support require assistance with their medication. A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential—we welcome individuals with the right attitude, strong values, and a genuine commitment to supporting others.
