Job Description
NIGHT SUPPORT WORKER – NR31, GREAT YARMOUTH 🌙
📅 2 overnight shifts per week (10.5 hours each)
💷 £18.00/hour
🏠 Client-based care in a family home
📍 NR31 – Great Yarmouth
We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Night Support Worker to join a small, consistent team supporting a young person with complex health needs in their own home.
This role involves 1:1 overnight support, including:

Monitoring non-invasive ventilation (training provided)
*
Personal care & repositioning
*
Supporting behaviours that challenge
*
Communicating using gestures and non-verbal cues (Signalong/Makaton a bonus)
💡 This is a flexible, ongoing role with regular night shifts each week, full training, and strong clinical support. You’ll be part of a values-led, specialist care team making a real difference in the community.
You must have experience in care (preferably with children, complex needs or learning disabilities) and a calm, caring approach.
