Supply Desk are seeking outreach support workers for shift work at a residential SEND school in the picturesque New Forest
Starting from June 2025
Hours: Full time
Pay: up to £13 per hour
Job Description:
Desire to support children with additional needs with day to day activities
No personal care required
Supporting 10 children to socialise, do homework and organise their daily routines
Be caring, empathetic, confident and firm
Liaise closely with other support workers taking over shifts
Full time role with the opportunity of a permanent contract (40 hours a week)
Location: Lymington
Start Date: June 2025
Contract Length: Long Term – Potential to become permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week (shift work) 2 weekends out of 4 will be working
Individual Profile:
A nurturing and caring nature
GCSE Maths and English to A- C grade
Experience of working with additional needs (desirable)
Passionate, enthusiastic and resilient individual
Adaptable and sensitive when dealing with challenging situations
First Aid trained or be willing to be trained
Have access to your own car with a clean driving license
