Are you a confident driver with a passion for supporting others? We're recruiting a Temporary Community Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities in their own homes across Bristol.
About the Role:
You'll be providing practical, person-centred support to 3 individuals per day, helping them maintain independence and stay connected to their communities.
Your duties will include:
Supporting with shopping, cooking, and household tasks
Accompanying to appointments and community activities
Encouraging life skills and independence
Building positive, respectful relationshipsNo personal care required.
What We're Looking For:
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities
Friendly, reliable, and confident working independently
Strong communication skills and a flexible approachWhat We Offer:
