We are looking for Support Workers Based in Manchester, You will Require to have Mapa Certification as well as Enhanced DBS and be able to do Fulltime work.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Provide practical and emotional support tailored to each individual’s needs.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
Support clients in accessing community services, activities, and appointments.
Foster independence and encourage individuals to make choices and take part in decision-making.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the individual’s needs to the relevant team members or professionals.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to provide holistic care.
Promote a safe and inclusive environment for clients and team members.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential:
Genuine passion for helping others and improving their quality of life.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
A caring, empathetic, and patient approach.
Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Desirable:
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (Good to have not needed).
Previous experience in a support or care role.
Knowledge of safeguarding principles and procedures.
