Job Title: Supportive Living Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supportive Living Manager to oversee our Leicester-based facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supportive living management, with specific expertise in working with individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism. This role requires a proactive leader who can ensure the highest standards of care, regulatory compliance, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the supportive living facility, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all residents.
- Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and standards, ensuring the facility meets and exceeds all required guidelines.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to the needs of each resident.
- Lead, manage, and support a team of care professionals, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.
- Engage with residents, families, and external agencies to promote community involvement and support.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Proven experience in managing supportive living services, particularly for individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
- Strong knowledge and experience in CQC registration and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ideally, a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for work-related travel.
