Job Description
Pinnacle are looking for a Surfacing Construction Manager for a Highways maintenance contract for a Tier 1 Contractor based in Horncastle.
Duties:
* Management of supply chain partners and operatives on site to deliver programmes of works.
* Key contact for developing programmes and performance reporting.
* Weekly/Monthly planning, programming and integration of works.
* Liaise with the commercial team to ensure accurate estimates (ECI) are produced.
* Ensure works and delivered to agreed costs.
* Management of Quality, Health & Safety.
* Review method statements and risk assessments.
Experience required
Highways Construction management experience specifically in Surfacing and Surfacing Treatments.
Salary is upto £50,000 + package.
