Job Description
I am currently working with a small but growing Housing provider with a great ethos of engaging with and putting customers at the core everything they do. The high performing Asset Management Team are seeking an experienced Surveyor to augment their team.
The successful candidate will lead on writing detailed specifications, pre and posting planned works and stock condition surveying.
You will have experience of working on and understanding the caused of damp, mould and disrepair coupled with contractor management and appointment.
This is a very exciting opportunity to grow and input into a really progressive company where you are supported and rewarded on merit.
