The role:
In this role, you will lead and develop a team of systems engineers, guiding the design, integration, and delivery of advanced electromechanical systems for defence applications. You will ensure engineering excellence across the full lifecycle, support cross-functional collaboration, and drive continuous improvement. You'll also contribute to strategic planning, support bids, and keep the team aligned with evolving technologies and industry standards.

Oversee the full systems engineering lifecycle, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery of defence solutions.
