SF Recruitment are working with a great business in Derby who are seeking a Systems Training Specialist to join their dynamic team on a full time, permanent basis. You'll play a crucial role in facilitating the learning and development of our clients key accounts on various systems and software. You will provide exceptional customer service and a fantastic training experience for some of their biggest key accounts across the UK. This is a full time, permanent opportunity based in Derby and paying up to £25,000 with fantastic development and career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to different levels of expertise and learning styles.
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to educate our customers on the functionalities and best practices of our systems.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms, and continuously iterate on training approaches to improve learning outcomes.
Provide one-on-one support and guidance to employees as they navigate through system-related challenges or questions.
Stay updated on the latest features and updates of our systems to incorporate relevant information into training materials and sessions.
Assist in the onboarding process of new hires by delivering system training modules as part of their orientation.
Keep in touch with key accounts regarding new system updates/changes.
Skills required:
Proven experience in conducting training sessions, preferably in a corporate setting.
Strong proficiency in various systems and software applications, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Detail-oriented with a passion for providing exceptional learning experiences to others.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Sociable and outgoing personality
Proven customer service/account management experience
