QTS Teachers / ECTs / Cover Supervisors – Primary & Secondary Schools
Locations: Basildon & Chelmsford
Start Date: Immediate / Ongoing
Daily Rate: £120 - £160 (depending on experience and responsibilities)

Who we’re looking for:
QTS Qualified Teachers who can hit the ground running
ECTs who bring fresh energy and a love of teaching
Cover Supervisors with a strong presence and proven experience in managing classrooms
Professionals with excellent classroom management, adaptability, and a real commitment to student success
You will:
Deliver high-quality lessons or seamless classroom cover
Maintain excellent behaviour standards and pupil engagement
Support school routines, policies and student learning outcomes
Build positive, professional relationships with students and staff alike
