The Role
As a Secondary School Teacher, you will deliver high-quality lessons tailored to the curriculum and the needs of your students. You will foster a stimulating learning environment that promotes academic success, curiosity, and independent thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons in your subject specialism.
Use a range of teaching and assessment strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners.
Maintain high standards of classroom management and behaviour.
Track and report student progress, using data to inform your teaching.
Work collaboratively with heads of department, support staff, and SLT.What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Subject specialism in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, MFL, PE, Art or DT.
Strong classroom presence and a passion for your subject.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
