Collaboration, effective classroom management, and the ability to motivate both learners and colleagues are essential for success in this role. What does the day to day look like? * Prepare and deliver engaging French lessons that match pupils’ needs and academic stages. * Adapt learning materials and methods to support individual student progress. * Monitor, record, and communicate pupil development and achievement. * Create a positive classroom environment that supports learning and behaviour expectations. * Contribute to department planning, meetings, and administrative tasks as required.
