What does the day to day look like?
* Prepare and deliver engaging French lessons that match pupils’ needs and academic stages.
* Adapt learning materials and methods to support individual student progress.
* Monitor, record, and communicate pupil development and achievement.
* Create a positive classroom environment that supports learning and behaviour expectations.
* Contribute to department planning, meetings, and administrative tasks as required.
The successful candidate considerations:
* A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* The ability to teach their subject to GCSE level
* A proven record of delivering strong pupil attainment and achievement
* Proven experience of using innovation and creativity to engage, enthuse, challenge, and progress learners
