NW Recruitment are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Teacher of Geography to join a thriving secondary school setting in East London. The successful candidate will deliver Geography across Key Stages 3 and 4, supporting pupils of all abilities to develop strong subject knowledge, critical thinking, and a global perspective. The role requires effective planning, adaptive teaching strategies, and a commitment to securing excellent progress for all learners. This is a collaborative position within a dedicated Humanities team, working alongside experienced colleagues and supported by senior leaders who provide ongoing coaching, curriculum guidance, and opportunities for professional development. The role also includes the opportunity to lead or support enrichment activities, pre-exam interventions, and subject-focused initiatives that broaden pupils’ learning experience beyond the classroom. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed classroom practitioner who is passionate about inspiring the next generation through high-quality teaching and values-based education.
