The Role:
Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (based on experience and preference)
Working 1:1 or with small groups to support learning, development and confidence
Assisting the class teacher with daily tasks and classroom management
Encouraging positive behaviour and pupil engagement
Helping to create an inclusive and supportive environment for all learners
Requirements
The desired Teaching Assistant will have.
- Experience of working with primary school aged children
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
- Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
