Job Description
We are recruiting for experienced Teaching Assistants x 3 to join a school on a temporary day-to-day supply basis. The roles are full time, however, candidates seeking part-time or job share will be considered. The role involves supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a SEN educational setting.
Key responsibilities will include
* Tailored support to SEN students, ensuring their individual needs are met
* Assist in the delivery of engaging lessons and activities
* To promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Support classroom management and student behaviour
* Collaborate with staff members to ensure the best outcomes for students
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant at Level 2
* Proven experience of working with SEN students
* Knowledge and understanding of SEN teaching strategies and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments
* A proactive and empathetic approach to supporting students.
