Question 3: Are you adaptable and ready to handle a variety of different classroom environments, including being able to support 1-2-1 learning?

The successful candidate will:
Hold a Level 2/3 qualification in a relevant subject area
Have experience working with children
Be confident building rapport with pupils and staff
Be open to supporting both whole class activities and 1-2-1 learning
