Teaching Assistant June 2nd (Start Date) Hertford, Hertfordshire Permanent (Employed directly by the school) £20,000- £21,000 (Actual Salary -Dependant on experience) In the heart of Hertford, Hertfordshire a ‘Good’ SEND School are on the hunt for a Teaching Assistant to join them ASAP. This is a permanent, and full-time contract. (Employed directly by the school) Although supporting these young people can be challenging, the rewards are immense as you see them develop and succeed in reaching their full potential, gaining educational outcomes and returning to mainstream wherever possible. The work can be demanding at times but there is a high staff to pupil ratio. The school offer a supportive management team and the opportunity to effect real change and witness rapid progress is significant. JOB DESCRIPTION * Teaching Assistant * Working with small class sizes on a 1:1 and small groups * Inspiring and motivating the younger generation * June 2nd (Start Date) * £20,000 - £21,000 Per annum * Permanent Contract (Employed Directly by the school) * Located in Hertford, Hertfordshire PERSON SPECIFICATION * Experience working with students with SEN, either in a School or care setting * Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support student's progress * Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and parents SCHOOL DETAILS * Graded ‘Good’ in latest Ofsted report * Modern & creative facilities throughout * Good Train and bus links * Carpark onsite If you are interested in this Teaching Assistant opportunity, Interviews can be arranged immediately!!
