We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistant to support pupils’ learning and wellbeing across the school. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with teachers and students in a positive and inclusive school environment. Starting ASAP.
Duties as a Teaching Assistant:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Provide one-to-one or small group support to help pupils achieve their full potential.
Assist with classroom management, preparation of learning resources, and pupil supervision.
Support pupils with additional needs, ensuring inclusive access to the curriculum.
Contribute to a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
Ideal Teaching Assistant:
Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting (desirable).
A patient, empathetic and flexible approach to supporting learning.
Strong communication and teamwork skills Teaching Assistant.
A good standard of literacy and numeracy.
A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) is desirable but not essential.
