Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity in a warm and welcoming primary school? Simply Education are working with a lovely primary school in the Grantham area to recruit a flexible and committed Teaching Assistant to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive school environment, where you'll play a key role in helping children reach their full potential. Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time work, we can accommodate your availability.
The Role:
Supporting pupils aged 4 to 11 in the classroom across a range of subjects.
Assisting the class teacher with the preparation of resources and learning activities.
Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis to provide additional support where required.
Supporting children's academic and social development in line with school expectations.
About You:
Previous experience working with children, ideally in a school or educational setting.
Passionate about education and committed to supporting pupil progress.
A flexible and proactive attitude.
Ability to build strong relationships with children and staff.
A relevant qualification is desirable but not essential.
