Job Description
We are recruiting for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a friendly infant school in Nuneaton. This role involves supporting children in the classroom, including those with special educational needs, helping them to build confidence, engage in learning, and thrive in a safe and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide support to pupils with SEND, both one-to-one and in small groups
*
Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering learning activities
*
Encourage positive behaviour and participation in class routines
*
Foster a nurturing, inclusive environment where all children feel supported
*
Monitor progress and communicate effectively with the wider support team
Required Experience
*
Previous classroom experience, ideally in an infant or primary setting
*
Experience supporting children with SEND
*
A calm, patient, and engaging manner
*
Ability to follow learning plans and use initiative where needed
