Job Duties:
Supporting teachers in delivering educational programmes and activities
Assisting with classroom management and student supervision
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students
Helping to create and maintain a positive learning environment
Assisting with administrative tasks related to education
Required Qualifications:
GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths
Experience working with children or young people
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
Additional qualifications in childcare or education are desirable
Experience:
Prior experience working with children or young people
Experience in a school or educational setting is advantageous
Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of child development and learning processes
Ability to provide academic support and assist with learning activities
Strong organisational and time management skills
Basic IT skills for assisting with educational technology
Preferred Qualifications:
Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
First aid certification
Working Conditions:
Work primarily in a classroom or educational setting
Full-Time hours with occasional flexibility required
May involve standing or walking for extended periods
Interacting with students, teachers, and parents on a daily basis

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
