Teaching Assistant - SEN
Location: Nottingham (NG7)
Pay: £90 - £105 per day
Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term to Permanent
Start Date: September 2025
Long Term Futures are working closely with a supportive and inclusive SEN all-through school in the Nottingham (NG7) area. Catering to students aged 5 to 16 with a range of special educational needs, the school is known for its nurturing environment, strong leadership and commitment to personalised learning.
You will play a vital part in helping students achieve their full potential by providing both 1:1 and small group support across a range of subjects and key stages.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering tailored 1:1 support for pupils with a variety of special educational needs
Delivering small group interventions to students
Promoting engagement and positive behaviour during lessons
Assisting teachers in planning and delivering accessible, inclusive learning activities
Collaborating with teaching staff, parents and the SENDCOWe're Looking for Someone Who:
Has prior experience supporting children or young people with SEN, ideally in an education setting
Is confident working with pupils across a wide age range (5-16)
