Teaching Assistant – SEN School (Lincolnshire)
GSL Education is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic SEN school in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. If you have a passion for supporting primary and secondary-aged children with Special Educational Needs and want to make a real difference in their lives, we want to hear from you!
The Role:
Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of SEN pupils.
Providing one-to-one and small group support to help children thrive academically and socially.
Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.
Assisting with personal care when required.
Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
Who We’re Looking For:
Experience working in a primary or SEN setting is desirable but not essential.
A patient, caring, and proactive approach to working with children.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the students.
