Exciting Opportunity for a Teaching Assistant
We are looking for a TAs with experience in classroom support. Familiarity with the national Key Stage Curriculum, an understanding of child development and learning, excellent communication skills, adaptability, empathy, and dedication to promoting equal opportunities are the key qualities we seek in a TA. You will be support schools in and around Sandwell across EYFS /KS1 /KS2. Summer and Autumn 2025 opportunities available. #BIRSUP1
Responsibilities of the role include:
Ensuring student safety and facilitating access to learning activities.
Contributing to education and behaviour plans.
Encouraging inclusivity and embracing diversity.
Setting high expectations for student achievement.
Providing feedback on student progress.
Upholding child protection policies.
Assisting with supervision outside of class.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Level 2 or Level 3 Support or Teaching Certifications.
Previous experience in teaching support.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Right to work in the UK.
