About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Qualified Level 2 and Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join our supportive team. You will work closely with teachers to provide high-quality learning support across all key stages, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for pupils.
Key Responsibilities
Support the classroom teacher in planning and delivering lessons
Assist individual students or small groups to reinforce learning
Provide one-to-one support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or additional learning needs
Help with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere
Support pupils’ emotional and social development
Contribute to assessment and record-keeping as required
Requirements
A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Experience working with children in a school setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A patient, flexible, and nurturing approach
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
