About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Qualified Level 2 and Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join our supportive team. You will work closely with teachers to provide high-quality learning support across all key stages, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for pupils. Key Responsibilities Support the classroom teacher in planning and delivering lessons Assist individual students or small groups to reinforce learning Provide one-to-one support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or additional learning needs Help with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere Support pupils’ emotional and social development Contribute to assessment and record-keeping as required Requirements A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification Experience working with children in a school setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills A patient, flexible, and nurturing approach A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people We Offer Welcoming and inclusive school communities Opportunities for professional development and training Supportive leadership and experienced teaching teams The chance to make a lasting impact on young learners Safeguarding Statement: We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment.
