Salary Range: £85 - £100 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are looking for an adaptable and experienced Teaching Assistant to work in a dynamic and vibrant school in Lincoln, providing essential classroom support to help students reach their full potential.
In this role, you will work closely with teachers to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. You will assist students in the classroom, provide one-to-one or small group support, and help them stay engaged with their studies. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, patient, and committed to helping students succeed.
Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and providing additional classroom support.
Support students with their learning on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
Encourage student participation and confidence in the classroom.
Help maintain a positive and structured learning environment.
Support students with literacy, numeracy, and other key curriculum areas.
Assist with behaviour management and student well-being.
Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to meet the needs of all learners.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable.
A CACHE Level 2 or 3, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare or Teaching Assistance is beneficial but not essential.
A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is advantageous.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to support students effectively.
A patient, adaptable, and positive approach to working with children.
An enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service, or willingness to apply for one.
