Hours: 8.30am- 3.30pm,Monday to Friday
Role: Teaching Assistant
Magisters Education is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Wembley that is seeking several Teaching Assistants across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, with roles starting in September.
We are currently looking for an empathetic and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant for a long-term position. If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact and want to work in a supportive, creative environment, this could be the ideal opportunity for you!
The Role:
* Support students in accessing the curriculum and staying engaged in learning activities
* Create a supportive and structured classroom environment to promote focus and participation
* Encourage positive social interactions and help develop communication skills among pupils
* Assist in tracking student progress and provide feedback to support their development
About You:
* Previous experience working with children, preferably in a primary school setting
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire children
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
* Willingness to assist with classroom preparation, activities, and behaviour management
