Simply Education is currently recruiting for enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of primary schools across Scunthorpe. Key Responsibilities:
Provide classroom support to teachers and assist pupils in their learning.
Work with pupils individually or in small groups to help them achieve learning goals.
Support children with additional needs, including SEN and behavioural challenges.
Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate effectively with school staff to support the wider school community.Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people in any setting.
A genuine passion for working as a teaching assistant in a primary school.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility, a can-do attitude, and a caring nature.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
Legal right to work in the UK.Desirable (but not essential):
Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
