Hours: 8:30am-4pm | Full-time, Term-Time Only

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with subject specialists to support pupils in Science and Maths lessons. You'll help reinforce lesson content, provide tailored academic support, and contribute to a positive, focused classroom environment. Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-class support during Science and Maths lessons
Work 1:1 and with small groups to consolidate learning
Help prepare resources and support lesson delivery
Assist students in developing confidence with core concepts
Collaborate with teaching staff to track progress and identify areas of need
Ideal Candidate:
Holds a degree in a STEM subject (Minimum Lower Second)
Strong academic background and genuine interest in teaching or education
Clear communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, organised, and willing to learn
Positive attitude and ability to motivate and support young people
