Location: LEWISHAM
Salary: £88.95-£110 per day
Contract Type: Full-Time, long-term roles - Can work Monday-Friday

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our vibrant and inclusive team supporting students across primary and secondary age ranges in a specialist SEN school environment.
This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals with a strong background in personal care-including toileting, feeding, and mobility support-who are committed to empowering students with a wide range of needs, including Autism, physical disabilities, and complex learning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and group support for pupils with a variety of SEN needs.
Assist with personal care routines including toileting, changing, and feeding, with dignity and respect.
Support learning in the classroom under the guidance of teachers and SENCOs.
Foster a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment.
Monitor and report on pupil progress and behaviour.
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to implement EHCPs.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience in personal care (e.g., healthcare, care work, or support work background).
A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs.
Patience, resilience, and a positive, proactive approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
An understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
Previous experience in an SEN or education setting is desirable but not essential.We Offer:
