Smile Education is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support a range of wonderful primary schools across Stourbridge and the surrounding areas. Whether you’re looking for full-time hours or a few days a week, we can offer flexible working patterns to suit your lifestyle.
About the Role:
Provide classroom support to teachers and pupils, ensuring a positive learning environment
Assist with the delivery of lessons and classroom activities across Early Years, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2
Offer 1:1 or small group support where needed
Contribute to pupils’ academic and personal development
Work collaboratively with school staff and follow behaviour and safeguarding policiesRequirements:
Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning
OR
Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
Have prior experience working with children in a school or nursery setting
Be enthusiastic, adaptable, and confident supporting a range of needs
A valid enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)What We Offer:
