Job Title: Teaching Assistant (SEN- ASC/ADHD)
Location: Eposom/ Walton-on-Thames/ Twickenham Area
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:45 PM

Job Description: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting children with autism and ADHD. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the educational and social development of students.
Providing one-on-one support to children with special educational needs.
Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to create a positive learning environment.
Supporting students in developing social skills and managing their behavior.
Key Attributes:
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
A genuine passion for supporting children with autism and physical disabilities.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience:
Previous experience working with children with autism and ADHD is essential. This can include personal experience.
Experience in a school or nursery setting is preferred.
Qualifications:
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
Nursery Nurse qualification is also preferred.
Additional Information:
You will be part of a team supporting reduced classes, with 6-8 children per class.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
