Teaching Assistants Needed – Tamworth & Surrounding Areas
Full-time & Part-time | Competitive Pay | EYFS–KS4 Support Roles
Are you a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting children’s learning? We’re currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work across primary and secondary schools in Tamworth, Staffordshire and nearby areas.
✅ About the Role:
Provide in-class support to pupils, including those with additional needs
Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
Support pupils’ learning, emotional development, and well-being
Flexible roles available: day-to-day cover, short-term, and long-term placements
✅ Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Experience working with children or young people (school-based or otherwise)
A patient and nurturing attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A relevant TA qualification or willingness to train
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)
