Job Description
We’re looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader / Supervisor (Manufacturing / Production industries) for our established & worker friendly Marlborough (SN8) based client.
* PERMANENT ROLE
* IMMEDIATE START
* £25,350 SALARY
* MONDAY to FRIDAY
* 08 00 STARTS
* 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following categories.
* Managing/Supervision of staff
* Production Management
* Quality Assurance
* Safety & Compliance
* Continuous Improvement
* Troubleshooting & Problem Solving
* Performance Tracking & Improvement
Working on day shifts, there is free parking onsite and company pension scheme available.
Ongoing, industry leading training is provided with a starting salary of £25,350 which will increase by £1 per hour after 12 weeks worked. Any other benefits available will be discussed at interview stageBefore You Apply
