Title – Team Leader
Salary - £27,300
Location - Doncaster
Role – Permanent
Working Hours - Mon-Thurs 8am-4.30pm and 8am-3.30pm Fridays
This is an exciting opportunity for the successful team leader to work with a long-established manufacturer of specialist wood products that are based on the outskirts of Doncaster, due to the company experiencing a period of organic growth they are looking to add to the existing team and lead the team of 11 where duties will include:
· Assigning duties to the team
· Overseeing a paint department
· Delivering on production output
· Working as part of the management team
It is expected that the successful Team Leader will have experience of working in a joinery supervisory role or similar, working in a manufacturing or similar environment or wood prep environment, have a strong understanding of all associated paint spraying equipment, have intermediate knowledge with water based systems and use of gravity fed spray guns, be confident in managing teams and multiple priorities whilst working with accuracy and with own initiative.
