Location: Milton Keynes
Continental Shift Pattern: 3 Days On / 3 Days Off / 3 Nights On – 12-Hour Shifts

Are you a hands-on operator with experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or food & drink environment? We’re recruiting for a Technical Operator – Process to join a leading soft drinks manufacturing team in Milton Keynes.
What You'll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll ensure the smooth running of up to 3 processing lines, supporting the production of high-quality, ready-to-drink products. Working on a continental shift pattern (3 days on, 3 days off, 3 nights on – 12-hour shifts), you’ll be responsible for:

Operating within a diessel process system
*
Performing QA checks, hygiene procedures, and stock control tasks
*
Unloading bulk tankers and conducting compliance checks
*
Troubleshooting and escalating machinery issues
*
Collaborating with engineers and the wider operations team
*
Supporting cover for holidays and absences
What We’re Looking For:
*
Experience in food, beverage, or general manufacturing environments
*
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
*
Good understanding of hygiene, quality, and safety standards
*
Familiarity with SCADA systems and PC-based operations
*
Flexibility and a team-player mindset
