S2S Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Technical Apprentice. You'll be a vital part of our warehouse operations, gaining valuable hands-on experience and developing your skills in a supportive environment.
What You'll Do:
Manage Stock & Logistics: Keep our IT assets organised and flowing smoothly. This includes tasks like stock management, picking, packing, and dispatching.
Master Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Learn how to use our diagnostics software to test and prepare devices for re-dispatch, ensuring all data is securely wiped.
Become a Tech Expert: Receive in-depth training on our bespoke software packages and company procedures.
Work with a Great Team: Collaborate with our experienced IT Technicians and Technical Operatives, learning from their expertise.
What You'll Learn:
Achieve a Level 3 IT Technical qualification, setting you up for a successful career in IT.
Develop your skills in stock management, diagnostics, and data security.
Gain valuable experience in a busy warehouse environment.
