With a vibrant, collaborative culture and a strong pipeline of international work, this London-based practice is expanding its specialist Hotels team and looking for someone who thrives on complex challenges and delivers outstanding technical design.
Suppose you're confident in Revit, love problem-solving, and have a strong background in hospitality architecture. This is the opportunity to step up, lead, and shape landmark projects from concept through delivery.
Package:
£45,000 - £50,000

Office:
London-based studio (Southwark)
Hybrid Working and Flexible Hours
Duties:
Leading the technical design and detailing of large-scale hotel projects
Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders through all RIBA stages
Attending and contributing to regular project and client meetings
Supporting Business Development initiatives and contributing to the practice’s Client Network
Managing Revit models and ensuring technical compliance across all project stages
Requirements:
Strong experience in delivering high-end hotel or hospitality projects
Confident and proficient in Revit, with experience leading technical packages
A background in producing and coordinating complex construction details
Familiarity with UK building regulations and construction methods
A proactive approach to Business Development and maintaining a strong Client NetworkBefore You Apply
