Technical Coordinator – Regional Contractor
I'm currently working on a fantastic Technical Coordinator opportunity with one of my key clients – a well-established regional contractor with a strong reputation for stability and profitability.
Specialising in new build projects, they operate across a wide range of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Defense & Government, and Living. Project values typically range from £2m to £20m, and the business is projecting £100m turnover this year.
The successful Technical Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting project delivery by:

Coordinating design information between consultants, architects, and subcontractors

Managing technical submissions and ensuring compliance with building regulations and client requirements

Reviewing drawings and specifications to identify risks or discrepancies

Supporting the pre-construction and delivery teams with technical solutions and buildability input
