Technical Estimator
Join a Specialist Team in Waterproofing & Ground Gas Solutions
Our client is a growing company known for our expertise in Structural Waterproofing and Ground Gas Protection, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, well-organised Technical Estimator to join our friendly, knowledgeable and dynamic team with room to grow.
This is a great opportunity for someone with CAD experience and a keen interest in technical estimating or quantity surveying to grow within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Prepare and build up tenders with attention to detail and accuracy.
*
Analyse tender documents, contract terms, and third-party quotations for compliance and best value.
*
Obtain prices for specialist materials or services as needed.
*
Produce accurate technical specifications and site-specific CAD drawings.
*
Attend client meetings to support project understanding and delivery.
*
Generate professional quotations for both standard and custom work.
*
Ensure all work complies with quality assurance procedures.
*
Support colleagues and assist in training new team members.
*
Add and manage project tasks within our CRM system.
*
Continuously improve your technical knowledge through self-led learning and industry updates.
What We’re Looking For:
*
Minimum 2 years of CAD experience
*
Background in quantity surveying — an advantage
*
CSSW qualification (Certified Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing) — desirable, not essential.
*
Full UK driving license — essential.
*
Minimum GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English.
