Technical Officer (Admin & Finance)
Haywards Heath - hybrid working available
Temporary - 2-3 months with possibility to go permanent
Full time
£14.00 - £16.00 p/h depending on experience
Are you immediately available and able to commit to a 3-month assignment?
Do you have experience of working in a regulated environment and have the ability to hit the ground running?
Working as part of a small team, this role will see you being responsible for:
Raising and processing invoices and the administration relating to this
Uploading renewals on the in-house systems
Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders, predominantly by email.
Managing the general enquiries inbox
This role is full time with the hours of Monday - Friday 08.30am - 5.00pm (37 hour week) and there is the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week.
