Job Description

Duration - 8 months We are looking for an experienced and adaptable Technical Program Manager to join the Trips Business Unit to drive cross function delivery of our Finance data modernisation. This programme is a multi team, multi layered E2E Finance platform modernisation from engine data producers on the left to consumption into our accounting and payments systems and includes the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4Hana. This role has a key focus on the Data Modernisation as a business priority. In this role you will work closely with programme counterparts in our Horizontal Fintech teams in Amsterdam, multiple product teams within the business and a spread across the Data team with a focus on leading programmes that require either complex dependency management and/or cross business unit coordination at all levels of the organisation. In this role you will work closely with the current product led organisation structure to deliver these changes, ensuring you work together to drive delivery of working software Your responsibilities - ● Programme level activities of migration of our Finance Data flows from SAP ECC to SAP S/4Hana ● Programme level activities for the modernisation of our Finance Data flows ● Stakeholder and communication management, including working closely with Engineering and Product sponsors to deliver these key business initiatives ● Manage dependencies, risks, issues, go live plans and challenging delivery thinking ● Working closely with DPMs to manage key technical programme initiatives from inception through to delivery across multiple teams, product groups and other parts of the business. ● Work with the Product, Engineering, and the wider business to ensure roadmaps are aligned on initiative goals, including feeding into quarterly planning process ● Own and drive delivery governance across the organisation, ensuring this is fit for purpose and fits in with existing practices and organisation culture ● Provide input and consultancy to the TBU Data leadership team in optimising delivery throughput and quality ● Tracking & reporting results of E2E testing and UAT ● Ensuring partnerships with Governance and compliance through the programme ● Coordinating and handoff points to central program management in fintech as the end owners of central assets ● Ability to identify, analyse and mitigate risks associated with the migration process Your skills and experience ● 3+ years experience of delivering / leading complex programme deliveries in a large complex environment ● Proven experience working with Data delivery particularly Financial accounting ● Proven experience working on a SAP ECC to SAP S/4Hana migration including data cleansing, transformation and validation processes ● Proven experience developing a detailed project plan outlining phases such as system preparation, data migration, testing and user training. ● Proven experience of delivering critical business technical initiatives in digital organisations with Product and Engineering led teams ● Proven experience using a range of lean/agile project/programme management methods ● Experience of assessing, selecting and adapting the delivery framework based on the programme circumstances ie. options beyond a perceived "one-size-fits-all" framework such as Scrum or SAFe ● Experience of shaping and leading delivery of project portfolios with complex dependencies ● Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity ● Experience of managing external parties that are critical to delivery success ● Proven experience of stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management at all levels of an organisation ● Proven experience of managing working in a hybrid multi located, multi national organisation
