🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound telephone and web enquiries, capturing detailed briefs and asking the right questions to understand client needs.
Create tailored proposals and quotations, recommending appropriate AV and production solutions with a strategic eye for upselling.
Oversee and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring efficient delivery of projects from enquiry to completion.
Build lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the planning and execution process.
Prepare comprehensive technical specs, including equipment, staffing, and logistics for seamless event delivery.
Produce essential event documents such as timelines, risk assessments, and supplier details.
Coordinate the loading, transport, and delivery of equipment, ensuring all venue requirements are met.
Lead on-site crews, technicians, and suppliers to install and de-rig equipment under tight deadlines.
Serve as the on-site point of contact, managing live event operations and ensuring exceptional client service.
Conduct post-event reviews to improve future operations and client satisfaction.
Support senior management with profit analysis and contribute ideas to grow and improve the business.

Essential Skills & Experience:
Highly organized, proactive, and reliable team player with a sharp eye for detail.
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset.
Skilled in time management and able to juggle multiple high-pressure projects.
Confident problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude and strong initiative.
Must hold a clean UK driving license (minimum age: 21 due to insurance).
Empathetic and solutions-focused when working with clients.
Desirable:
Hands-on experience in live event production, particularly with AV, lighting, sound, or video technologies.
